- PDF study guides / question banks: delivered as an instant download link (or, for Kindle/Pothi purchases, via Amazon/Pothi's own delivery systems) immediately after payment confirms.
- RTR Voice Simulator: a license key is emailed to you after payment confirms, along with a download link for the installer.
- Batch classes / coaching: delivered live, online, via video call — no physical delivery involved.
If we introduce a physical product (e.g., a printed study guide) in future, this policy will be updated to include shipping timelines and costs before that product goes on sale.
