The RTR Coach ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through thertrcoach.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact form / coaching enquiry form: name, phone number, email address, and your message.
- Testimonial submissions: name, email, role (optional), rating (optional), testimonial text, and photo (optional).
- "Notify Me" sign-ups: email address, and which product(s) you're waiting for.
- Purchases: handled entirely by our payment processors (Instamojo, Razorpay) — we receive your name, email, and order details, but never your card, UPI, or bank account details, which are processed directly by the payment processor.
- WhatsApp Channel / Business number: if you message us on WhatsApp, we see whatever WhatsApp itself shares (your name/number), governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and deliver purchased products/licenses
- To notify you when a product you signed up for goes live
- To feature testimonials you've explicitly submitted for publication (your email is never published — only what you consent to show, e.g. name/role)
- To improve our courses, study guides, and the Simulator
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not publish your email address publicly. We do not share your data with anyone beyond the service providers necessary to run the business (e.g., our payment processors, email delivery service).
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time by emailing thertrcoach@gmail.com. "Notify Me" sign-ups can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send, or by emailing us directly.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and purchase records only as long as needed to fulfill your order, respond to your enquiry, or as required by law (e.g., for financial records).
